If it’s not the right fit — whether in timing, scope, or expectations — I’ll always be honest about that. When appropriate, I may recommend a trusted colleague better suited to your needs.

Confirming the Vision
If I determine your trip is a great fit for my services, I’ll send you a written summary of everything we discussed within 24 hours of our consultation. This includes your travel goals, preferences, priorities, and any special considerations we covered.

This step ensures we’re fully aligned before any planning begins — and gives you a chance to review and confirm that I’ve captured your vision accurately.
Beginning the Planning Process
Once you’ve reviewed your trip summary and are ready to move forward, I’ll invite you into the planning phase. You’ll receive an invoice for the planning fee, which secures your spot and allows me to begin designing your proposal with care, creativity, and intention.

Please note: I begin researching and building your itinerary only after the planning fee has been paid.
This ensures I can give your trip the full attention it deserves, without compromise.
Designing Your Custom Travel Proposal
Once we officially begin the planning process, I get to work creating your custom travel proposal — a thoughtfully tailored itinerary designed to reflect your unique vision, preferences, and travel style.

You can expect to receive your proposal within 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the trip. I’ll provide a clear time frame before I begin so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.
When your proposal is ready, we’ll schedule a meeting to walk through it together. I’ll explain each detail, answer your questions, and ensure it feels like the right fit for your family.

Booking & Reservations
Once you’ve approved your proposal and are ready to move forward, I’ll provide instructions for making the necessary deposits to secure your reservations.

Please note: pricing and availability are not guaranteed until deposits are made. Acting quickly is necessary to lock in the quoted rates and ensures everything in your proposal is reserved as planned.

After deposits are received, I’ll confirm all bookings and begin preparing the final details of your trip. From here, we transition from planning to anticipation — with everything officially in motion.
Pre-Travel Support
With your trip fully booked, I’ll continue working behind the scenes to ensure everything is seamless and thoughtfully prepared. You’ll receive your finalized travel documents, confirmations, and destination notes — all clearly organized and tailored to your itinerary.
