Confirming the Vision
If we’re a great match, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we discussed within 24 hours. This ensures we’re fully aligned before any planning begins and gives you a chance to confirm that I’ve captured your vision accurately.
Beginning the Planning Process
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive an invoice for the planning fee. This secures your place on my calendar and allows me to begin designing your trip.

Designing Your Custom Travel Proposal
I create a thoughtfully tailored travel proposal based on your goals, preferences, and travel style.
You can expect:

When your proposal is ready, we’ll review it together so every detail feels right.

Booking & Reservations
Once you approve your proposal, I’ll guide you through securing deposits and reservations.
Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until deposits are made, so timely action is important. Once booked, everything moves from planning to anticipation.
Pre-Travel & In-Destination Support
Before you depart, you’ll receive organized travel documents, confirmations, and destination guidance.
While you’re traveling, I remain available if questions or issues arise. My role doesn’t end when your trip begins—you’ll have support behind the scenes the entire way.
Post-Trip Follow-Up
After you return home, I’ll check in to hear what you loved and gather feedback.
