Schedule a call to say hello. This is a complimentary 30-minute call with no obligation to utilize my services. I want to hear your dreams and learn about your family. If we are a good fit you we can move forward to plan your next vacation.
Clear Understanding
If we are a good fit for each other and you hire me, you will schedule your First Planning Meeting. During this meeting, we will really dig into the details of your travel dreams. I will ask you to share more about your thoughts and desires for your trip. In turn, I will ask questions to ensure I have a good understanding of what your family’s hopes, dreams, preferences, and any special needs are. Special needs can range from specific accommodation preferences to neurological, mobility, or dietary needs.
Custom-built Options
In no more than 14 business days of our First Planning Meeting, we will meet again on Zoom where I will present a comprehensive proposal tailored to your family's specific preferences and priorities for your trip. This proposal will encompass all the elements that are most important to you and your family, ensuring it is meticulously crafted to meet your every desire for your travel experience. Rest assured, the proposal I provide will represent the absolute best options available.
Total Support
During the planning process and time leading up to your departure we will stay in touch so I can support you by answering questions, addressing concerns, double checking details, managing changes, and accommodating special requests as you look forward to your trip.
Bringing it all together
While you are in destination, please contact me for support as needed throughout your travels. Sometimes I can handle issues and other times we will work together to create solutions as needs arise.

After your trip I will ask for feedback from you about how your trip went. I want to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly so we can make each trip for your family as good or better than the last.
